Priority Booking is handled directly through the PauseUs studio. Members can call the studio to book by phone, and our team will help secure preferred appointment dates and times based on availability.
To request membership cancellation, please call the PauseUs studio directly. Our team will assist you with the cancellation process.
Your membership includes two 60-minute Reset Sessions each month. You can choose between our Head Spa and Facial Program, or mix the two based on the experience you prefer that month.
Every month, PauseUs curates a rotating selection of Korean wellness products. Members can choose one available wellness product package from that month's edit. The selection will continue to change throughout the year.
Regular InBody measurements create a consistent record of your body composition over time. Rather than focusing on a single reading, members can use their visit history to follow longer-term changes and progress.
Members receive 10% off additional PauseUs services outside of their included monthly benefits, as well as eligible in-store retail product purchases.
